Once the 30 Guaranteed Qualification spots have been filled, the remaining 20 spots will be awarded to the next highest producers based on Overall PV.

Agencies may qualify by meeting the minimum team production requirements of 1,000,000 Overall PV.
If a downline agency qualifies, the invitation will be awarded directly to that agency as the qualifying entity.
Upline agencies may still qualify independently by achieving the next applicable qualification level.

Platinum qualifiers and guests receive a $500 travel credit per person from their nearest major airport. Valid passport required (6+ months beyond travel dates).

Lasting Mark reserves the right to withhold invitations if either minimum is not met.

Attaining Convention Credits and qualification requirements may make the qualifier and one guest eligible to receive an invitation. Invitations are extended exclusively to the qualifying agent and one guest. Eligible guests must not be contracted with Lasting Mark and must not be eligible to qualify for Elite Council.
Convention Credits are awarded to the writing agent listed on the application, except in cases of split submissions. On split cases, all agents receive proportional Convention Credits; for quality-of-business evaluation (persistency and placement), the case is assigned to the writing agent of record. Agent signatures must correspond to the assigned agent number. Convention Credits may not be transferred between agents. Elevate Annuity premium will be credited 100% to the referring agent.
The qualification period runs January 1 – December 31, 2026. All applications must be issued, paid, and meet all issue requirements to qualify. Convention Credits are calculated using Lasting Mark Production Values.
Any federal or state income tax obligations resulting from participation in the convention are the responsibility of the qualifier. A 1099 reflecting the fair market value of the trip will be issued. Participants are encouraged to consult their tax advisor regarding individual tax treatment.
