Kaitlynn is from Polk County, Florida. At the center of her world are her sons and her close-knit family—her mom, dad, and two brothers. They are her “why,” her reason for pushing through the hard days and showing up for the future she’s building.
Before insurance, Kaitlynn worked in network marketing with UWE Credit Services. But despite her efforts, something was missing.
“I felt stuck, and enough was truly enough. It was time for a career change.”
That leap of faith led her to a conversation with Damon Dillard, who introduced her to Michael Kwarteng—and just like that, a new door opened. Kaitlynn joined Lasting Mark in June 2024 and quickly found what she had been missing all along.
