What Should I Wear to The Fall Meet?
General Sessions & Breakouts (Friday & Saturday)
Dress code is business casual. Think slacks, dress shirts, polos, blouses, or professional dresses. You’ll want to be comfortable but polished for full days of high-level training and networking with other agents and leaders.
Friday Night Dinner Party – Bourbon, Boots & BBQ
Get ready to kick back in style! This night is all about Western Wear. Boots, jeans, dresses, hats — bring your best country flair and enjoy a fun evening of bourbon tasting, BBQ, and great music with your peers.
Day at Churchill Downs (Saturday Afternoon)
For this iconic Louisville experience, dress for a “Day at the Track.” Business casual is perfect, but feel free to elevate your look with a Derby-inspired vibe — sport coats, sundresses, hats, and fascinators are always welcome if you want to lean into the Churchill Downs tradition.
👉 Tip: Louisville weather in late September can be warm during the day and cooler in the evening. Bring layers so you’re comfortable in every setting.
