What are “Agent Ready Call-Ins”?

Agent Ready Call-Ins are agent focused inbound calls that are routed directly to agents on a “first click’ basis. This gives an agent the opportunity to add an additional option for connecting with prospective clients with a chance to spend some focused time receiving calls rather than dialing. This is a Lasting Mark exclusive option where the system, the ads, publishers and vendors have and continue to be closely monitored to ensure the highest level of opportunity available in this format. This is a limited opportunity and does require participation in an orientation and training prior to involvement so that we can continue to offer a high level of quality to agents and keep costs low.

What is the “Virtual Call Day”?

To support our efforts to keep this opportunity with a high level of quality, we also have to manage access to this program to keep the necessary participation for maintaining volume. What this means is we have structured this to be a single day weekly to ensure we have the necessary number of available agents participating to guarantee that the volume of calls stays consistent and is not throttled due to a lack of unavailable agents to route calls to. To make sure we do have the necessary availability to see volume and maximize opportunity we will be limiting the Call-In times to designated days and times. We may also limit agents who are meeting the requirements of availability for those days.

Agent Ready Call-Ins

How do I participate?

  1. Sign up for orientation and register to be set up in the Agent Ready Call-In system
  2. Attend Orientation
  3. Attend the Subsequent required training
  4. Make sure you have as many of the available states for the program as possible
  5. Fund your Agent Ready Call-Ins wallet at the required minimum
  6. Be available on Virtual Call-In days at the scheduled times

What if I miss out, can I sign up to join at a later date?

Yes, this page will update as we solidify processes for this opportunity, expand days and times we do Virtual Call days and provide you with the necessary direction to be prepared and join at a later date.
